Phase I

In March of 2017, the Paulsboro Marine Terminal began its development in partnership with the State of New Jersey transforming what was previously a petroleum tank farm into what is now a modern omniport.  The Paulsboro Terminal continues to be built out toa state-of-the-art facility that allows for rapid movement of steel cargo from ship to rail.

The first phase of the Paulsboro project, which is now complete, covers a 50-acre footprint and includes an 850-foot berth.  Over $12 million in equipment has been invested at the Paulsboro site, to date, which includes two harbor cranes, trucks and lift equipment, reach stackers and trailers.

Phase II

The second phase of the Paulsboro project includes the building out of two additional berths, 57 additional acres of asphalt for container storage, 10,000 feet of additional fencing, high-mast lighting, an expanded gate complex, and the most vital piece of the project- enhanced rail connections.

To create a faster distribution channel for its partners, the terminal will include a loop track and center loading track that allows for the loading of two trains simultaneously.  It will be the first of its kind in the region.
